Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at tomsfinds.com. We offer a flexible 30 days return-refund policy to make your online shopping experience easier. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

U.S Orders:

We accept returns in their original packaging (including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces) without signs of wear and tear within the first 30 days after the shipment.

Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return:

  1. Request a RMA number by emailing support@tomsfinds.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.
  2. After receiving your RMA number, please include the RMA number on the outside of the box. 
  3. Re­package the item(s) you would like to return.
  4. Send it back to us and we will process your refund once the item is received.

International Orders:
